Thank you for placing your order! We hope you enjoy our premium coloring books as much as we enjoyed making them. Here you will find some answers to frequently asked questions.

SHOULD I GET INSURANCE?

In our experience, the short answer is yes. The long answer is that we ship via USPS Media Mail to save you money. Unfortunately USPS is notorious for misplacing packages. Once we send your package to the Postal Office we are not responsible for it anymore. We cannot send you a replacement due to USPS negligence. If you live in a dense neighborhood such as Brooklyn or New York City, or in an area with an overworked Postal Office, we recommend you get insurance for your order at the checkout. We will not replace misplaced packages.

WHAT IF I DIDN’T GET MY ORDER AND DIDN’T PURCHASE INSURANCE?

Once in a while, a package will take considerably longer to arrive and the tracking code page would show a pre-shipment or in-transit status. This is out of our hands. If that happens to you, and you didn’t purchase shipping insurance, we recommend you contact USPS directly.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

That’s actually never happened, but happy to accommodate it for you. Send us an email and we’ll send you a return label. You will receive a refund back to your original method of payment as soon as we receive the book back in its original condition. We will deduct the price of shipping from your refund.

WHAT IF I GOT THE WRONG ORDER?

Wow! That’s only happened once. If you get the wrong items, we’ll ship you the correct ones right away. What you have with you is on us!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO MAIL MY ORDER?

We process orders as soon as they are received and send the packages to our local post office usually by the next day. Once the order is processed you will receive a tracking code via email. USPS might take an extra day to update their systems. We ship in the United States via USPS Media Mail, which takes between 2-10 days. International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and take around 15 to 21 days, sometimes longer depending on your country’s customs process.

We no longer offer expedited shipping or next-day delivery. If you require a faster service, we suggest you contact us first to see if we can accommodate it for you. Similarly, we can make arrangements for special or large orders.

IS MY INFORMATION SAFE?

Definitely. Your information is encrypted via SSL certificate. We process payments via Stripe and/or Paypal. No credit card information is stored by us.
